Earning $160 000 in just 6 months!

Edison Lian just joined #BCD for barely 2 years. Before this, his last drawn salary was about $7000 to $8000 monthly.

It was no surprise that just in his first year in real estate, he managed to clock in $130,000 gross commission. However, due to his 2nd newborn baby, he couldn’t give his 100% commitment to Property.

From the start of 2019, I always have a business plan for each and every one of our #BCD teammates. I knew about his situation, so when I gave Edison a review last year, I also set his eyes on the future for this year such as how much to achieve and how to go about achieving it.

From that future roadmap, he did really well this year because he already has all his goals in place. In June, his cumulative gross commission since January has already surpassed $160,000. I’m so glad that his commitment and right attitude has pushed him towards what he is today.
