Congratulations to Benson Chow on his promotion to Associate District Director of Propnex Realty! The first half of 2022 has been eventful with the launch of hot new property such as Mont Botanik and Piccadilly Grand. 

As Lead In-Charge of these two projects and an Associate Group Division Director, Benson has been awarded the Project Sales Commendation Awards for Mont Botanik and the Project Sales Outstanding Award for Piccadilly Grand. 

His drive and sincerity to find potential home owners their dream home has set the bar for others in Project Marketing. When asked for a few words about these achievements, Benson emphasised the importance of his team. Without his team, such achievements would not have been possible. 

Teamwork is an integral element in Benson Chow Division, the division which he heads. Benson works together with his team of agents to meet the needs of their clients and provides guidance readily. He is both a mentor and a team player, recognising the importance of what each member in his division can bring to the table.
